    I have a question about "layers" at 1-A, high 1-A, or 0 levels. For "layers" to count, does there have to be qualitative superiority between them? As: 1-A<layer 1 above baseline 1-A<layer 2<layer 3 etc... In a qualitative way, or is it not necessary?
