Kaido never used Ragnarok on G4th. He wasn't neither drunk nor in super hybrid when he hit G5th with Ragnarok. But he did use both of those powerups vs Boundman when hit him with Bellow Bagua

You need to remember that Luffy's gears is a luffy specific invention that he made to surpass his body. Turning his body into a steam engine is not natural, nor is blowing air through rubber bones.

He's still got "greater strength" than his base. I'm not arguing for the G4 comparaison, but I am disagreeing with G5=base at its starting point.

I didn't intend to say G5th = base. I intended to say G5th had an inferior performance to the higher forms.

None of them except Robin and Jinbe are fully, all-around, intelligent, they just have that autism swag(me fr). My personal ranking:

Robin(Genuinely always knows what's up)
Jinbe(He's just like, a smart guy)
Franky(He knows tech, but he's a reckless idiot too)
Chopper(he's a good doctor, but he's baby)
Usopp(He's a coward, but he's genuinely a genius)
Nami(She's kind of just an above average type of person, mentally speaking)
Sanji(He's a good cook, and a good improv type guy, but he's also a reckless idiot and reduces his intelligence around women)
Zoro(You know Zoro)
Brook(literally brainless lol)
Luffy(Monkey D Luffy, gonna be king of the pirates)

-They try to kill some guy, but he lives, and starts doing a Gold Roger bit. Lucky bastard.

-Go to attack this new crew of pirates, one of whom took down Tashigi like she wasn't a full threat.
-Take this guy out no diff, the whole crew can't hit you.
-The worst criminal on the planet shows up.
-The entire army instantly gets blown away.
-Dragon gives some bullshit speech, and you go on about chasing after this Luffy guy.
-Start going after Baroque Works
-Annihilate Mr 11's whole group.
-Go into a bar on some random island
-Portgas D Ace of the Whitebeard Pirates is just sitting there

-That Straw Hat guy shows up again and ruins it, and then sails away with the princess of Alabasta
-Go to a casino owned by Crocodile,

I wouldn't say G2 is a bit below Snakeman (at least during Whole Cake), but I do agree that Snakeman isn't necessarily as strong as G3, especially since Luffy's forms all have their own varieties of techniques. It was just supporting evidence.
 
In the Stampede Movie, how would the Bullet vs Worst Gen fight have gone if they had Law and Zoro in good condition with them? What if they had their full crews in good condition? At what point is he forced to use his DF powers to win?
