Also, Sanji has better AP than a non-Hao, non-En-ō Zoro, so the only real advantage that Zoro has here is Haki potency which doesn't really help with much since Sanji isn't a hax-based character like Law or a Logia like Sabo

Zoro can cut his flames, though.
Sanji is fast, but Zoro could keep up with Kaidou in his Zoan forms to a degree.
His stamina is low but probably enough to incapacitate Sanji.

Zoro stated that Unleashed Enma was using the same level of Haki/power as Oden himself.

Enma will do massive damage to Sanji, regardless of who you think wins.

Zoro (without ACoC) vs Sanji with IJ what diff is which character winning

Without ACoC he still has Enma, which will do monstrous damage to Sanji.

His no-Haki Base is probably about as strong as, say, Base Exoskeleton Sanji.

His normal Buso should be a match for DJ Sanji, as he was overpowering Buso King with it.

It comes down to Unleashed Enma vs Ifrit Jambe, and Zoro's reactions should let him keep up with Sanji.

Honestly goes either way extreme-diff.
