Ok, so we know that all the straw Hats got stronger.

Do you personally think Killer when he fought Zoro was as durable as he was on the roof?

He was weaker due to missing his Punishers (though he shouldn't have been vastly weaker if his AP overall was the same), but the main issue is Killer's overall level of AP/durability.

-Old Shiki: Luffy dies, Shiki takes Nami as a crewmate(not by choice) and becomes a Yonko. Garp cannot stop him, he's got an army. Bounty 4B
-Katakuri: Luffy dies, and Katakuri kills the Vinsmoke family. Big Mom and Kaidou keep winning. Bounty 1.5B

-Greenbull: Dies in Udon.
-Vista: Mihawk kills him. Luffy takes more damage in Marineford. The Blackbeard Pirates stomp the Payback War. Bounty 600M
-Enel: He kills the Straw Hats and takes to to seas, joining the Worst Generation, and then the 7 Warlords. His crew makes Marineford a lot worse, then tears things up in the New World. Bounty 500M
-Boa Hancock: She has a lot more trouble at Marineford. Blackbeard also kills her, taking her fruit. Bounty 1B
-Old Garp: Marco kicks his ass, but is beaten by Sengoku. Luffy gets to Ace faster. Sengoku has to hold back to not accidentally kill Garp later. He later is killed by the Blackbeard Pirates.
-Mihawk: Shanks wrecks him every time. Vista wrecks him, and nearly kills him. Luffy is able to more easily reach Ace, who lives. Bounty 500B
-Old Sengoku: His punch doesn't affect Luffy. He isn't able to hold back Garp, who kills Akainu. The BB Pirates kill him. Aokiji becomes the Fleet Admiral, and does a very good job.
-Crocodile: Jozu kills him, and Mihawk kills Luffy. Bounty 400M
-Jinbe: Akainu kills him and Luffy. Bounty 300M
-Denjiro: Kaidou kills him and Ashura Doji before the start of the series. Raid fails, everyone dies.
-Ashura Doji: Same as Denjiro
-Kuma: Little Oars Jr is unaffected and continues on his path, before Garp defeats him. Kuma dies during the timeskip.
-Ivankov: Kizaru kills him and Luffy
-Chinjao: He wrecks Luffy's shit until Luffy pulls out G3. Later on, he attempts to beat Doflamingo's underlings, and takes a few out. Bounty 700m
-Lucci: Luffy oneshots him.
-Z: Base movie Luffy soloes.
-Urouge: Dies of a heroin overdose and a getting shot in the face overdose at age 6.
-Weevil: Loses every time. Bounty 100M
-Nekomamushi: Jack kills him and takes over Zou, killing the Straw Hats.
-Killer: Kaidou oneshots him, and the raid fails. Bounty 250M
-Who's Who: Jinbe onetap, then Jinbe joins the Big Mom fight, and she loses slightly faster.
-Burgess: Dies from being in Sengoku's vicinity. Bounty 75M
-Nico Robin: Black Maria kills her, then attacks the other Straw Hats, killing Usopp. The raid fails.
-Koby: Hancock turns him to stone.

I'm pretty sure they are, specially if they're in the middle of an attack like her.
At least BB him self basically said she could blitz his ass if they fought fair.
Innit weird BB had to immediately do a Kurouzu on her while she wasn't aware, while he hadn't done this for Ace, Law or Kuzan?

The point is that she did seemingly 0 damage to him (which Bepo can do btw) and is in a chokehold.

Their fight got offscreened so we don't know. Also, she has crazy hax.

BB used Kurouzu on both Law and Ace, and BB didn't even fight Kuzan.

He didn't use it off the rip like he did with Hancock, also tbf Kuzan stalemated him in a similar way to Hancock, since he couldn't use the Gura in both situations.
