Can we also stop throwing the word blitz so nonchlantly too? Kid tags BM with his Bull Mecha & suddenly that counts as a blitz in his page!? BM casually chopped that attack the 2nd time he used it and counter it again after Kid added extra weight to her. That last would make a great feat if only SB bothered adding it.

Outside of Mythical Zoans they're the rarest form of devil fruits. So you would have a difficult time finding one.

They are, but it sort of depends on where you live.
If you live in the blues, Devil Fruits are regarded as mythical objects of legend, with many people believing them to be fantasy. But if you live in the Grand line, then they're considered a bit more common and people aren't as skeptic about them. Although, even finding a paramecia (the most common kind of devil fruit) is considered rare in the Grand line.

Basically if running water passes over your body (like taking a shower or rain) it's fine, but if you sink your body in a body of water that's deeper than your knees, that's whenever the weakness starts kicking in.
The type of water doesn't matter, as long as your body is in a pool of water, you'll be weakened.
