Tbh theres a difference between a Non Haki clash vs a Haki clash which considers sound effects
King vs Sanji: SFX = Bam Normal Clash
Luffy vs Doffy or Luffy vs Katakuri: SFX = Doom/Kadoom
King vs Sanji: SFX = Bam Normal Clash

Otherwise, there are characters I kinda just dumped into Average like pretty much every vice admiral
And Brook is so high for FTL blitz amps and some limited dura neg
And any characters who do have High 6-A durability but are dumped below Im I probably didn't change cause I'm lazy

Kind of, kind of not, if I had more knowledge on scaling I'd probably change shit up but until then it's minorly ordered but not to any "This character beats X or is better then X" kinda deal

The reason I have King>Zoro is mostly cause King is just overall more dangerous since he has things other then Unga Bunga skill TBH

I will explain everything on this list.
For example, reason Franky is above Lucci but not Katakuri is because he literally can't hurt Katakuri but has options to injure Lucci ( i.e Radical Beam ).
