Bro... Katakuri when seeing the future saw sanji doding the bullet but couldn't see sanji dodging the jelly bean instead which is what happened

Bring anti feats if you think it's wrong then otherwise you can't say shit

Well based of speculation they could be very high not impossible but based of their feats. They like one shotted the Giant Snake iirc i dont remember much from skypiea was it the little snake? But Enel did it more casual and one tapped the Giant Snake in the Free For All Battle iirc like he burned it like a crisp with El Thor
 
Base Rooftop Zoro = Scabbard level (via impressing Kaido by cutting him, and matching Base Drake)

Buso Rooftop Zoro = YC1 level (Blocked the Hakai which would've killed the other 4 Supernovas although it broke his bones, blocked a Kaifu which made the Supernovas dodge and hurt Luffy twice).

Enma Rooftop Zoro = YC1+ level AP, but of course Zoro had major issues using it.

Asura = YC1+ level, no doubt about it. Dude matched Hybrid Kaido's AP when badly injured and scarred his chest.

I personally haven't seen a site that specifically does that... But there are discords servers that does

I put my translations either here, sandbox, my disc server or Google document

Oh, or you mean how do I translate?

Why do u guys call em "YC Lvl"🗿 i used yo do that and realized its wrong calling em like that
 
I call em like that

God Tiers: Emperors, Sakazuki/Kuzan, Mihawk, Dragon, Old Era Topdogs etc

Top Tiers: Characters who can harm a God Tier but ain't scaling overall to them like Zoro, Yamato, Law and Kidd

Low Top Tiers: Characters like Sanji & Queen

High Tiers: Katakuri, Jack, Cracker
 
Btw heres my tier list. (Ignore the Queen placement its an old one even tho not much changed but Queen is actually now on the same tier as Sanji right there) and also ignore the names of "Yonko and Admirals" i just wanted to make it quick



Lucci placement was before he fought Luffy so... i used speculation
