Niji is canonically stated to be lightspeed with a technique so it's not just Kizaru.
He blitzed Kizaru and Rayleigh, the latter having adequate Kenbunshoku to react to Kizaru, the former able to react to his movement.
the guy who shoots LS lasers can smack LS paws into existence, blitzes the guy who moves at LS, blitzes the other guy who fought the guy who moves at LS, etc.
Every translation says the same thing.

Because Death Battle looks for even the smallest similarity between two characters and pits them against each other solely for that reason. Flash and Quicksilver? They're both fast. Doctor Strange VS Doctor Fate? Both superheroes with "Doctor" in the name. Venom VS Bane? Both characters have something related to the word "venom" that they use. Cloud VS Link?
