I'm sure he could from a distance, but the moment he comes close he either:
Gets his skull crushed by her club
Gets frozen solid
Or in the best case scenario for him, she uses a weaker attack like Narikabura Arrow, which he could just take or dodge.
But the third is the least likely, so he's probably just gonna lose because she rarely uses weaker stuff like that.

I don't know if it'd work or if he knows he could do it but considering Kizaru just called him very smart and he's been a cipher pol agent for about a decade I guess he could know.

He didn't use it against Luffy, Stussy, or the Seraphim.
So I don't know if he'd use it against Yamato.
His problem is that he either dodges attacks or tries to tank them with Tekkai, which might legitimately get him killed by the 2nd or 3rd CoC infused hit Yamato lands, especially if he doesn't guard on time.

I mean with Kami-Sori he has the speed advantage.
Kami-Sori = G5 Luffy > Hybrid Kaido's Thunder Bagua = Hybrid Yamato's reaction speed.
He can't keep it up forever, but it can let him get in and use a Rokugan to injure her.
Will that take her down? Probably not, but lord knows it'll hurt.

That's if he can land it, but Yamato was able to keep up with Hybrid Kaidou without much difficulty, so it's going to be quite hard for Lucci to tag her.
Not to mention Kami-Sori isn't an independent amp from Soru, it's just Soru used in a multi-directional way and in quick succession, and G5 Luffy was able to intercept him while he was using that with ease (Sentomaru also saw him coming at him with Soru about two to three times).
Not saying he isn't fast but he has 0 feats of blitzing someone of note.

A portion of the fight was just Kaidou getting a fat combo on Luffy's ass until Luffy ran out of stamina for G5 and had to restart his heartbeat.
Like just chaining hits on him relentlessly and intercepting his attacks.
Of course Luffy ~ Kaidou but Kaidou was definitely giving him a run for his money.

What's even crazier is that he was still praising Roger despite how strong he was himself, that mixed with Garp overwhelming Kuzan and an entire Yonko crew (bar BB) while weakened and old makes me wonder how strong Roger was to be hyped that much and fight with Prime Garp weekly without getting obliterated.

Rocks must've been on another level for him to be sort of praised or feared on the same or even higher level to the legends like Garp, Roger, Whitebeard, and the other Yonko.

Her Hao AP should scale above his durability to some extent, but he has Tekkai which can narrow that gap.

Lucci scales to casual G5 Luffy
Yamato scales to enraged Hybrid Kaidou with ACoA and ACoC (who should be above casual G5 Luffy as seen in their fight)
So.. I guess she scales above? To a degree.
It's enough of a gap for her to seriously wound him at the least.

Finally, people are realizing why luffy lost so many times to kaido like, bro, luffy had to fight him consecutively 3-4 times (or wad it 5) just to catch up to his level of power. Even then it just became a fair fight that either one could lose.
