CH uses the pressure points and easy weak points in the robot with his intelligence to break it.

CH should easily know how to take appart an animatronic. He could easily exploit the weakpoints present in a 50-year old animatronic bear. He's smart enough to get past the strength gap by using everything he can get his hands on as a weapon. (chairs, tables, knives from the kitchen, the doors, etc.) He could also aim for the wires in Freddy's body to make up for the lack of pressure points.
