Westley downscales massively from knocking a door off its hinges so roughly 4000 ish joules

So they are about the same in terms of AP, with westley getting the edge by little.
Westley seems to also be more skilled and intelligent, while Freddy has speed and Immortality type 2.

I'm leaning towards westley, he is more skilled, slightly more powerful and has better range.
Freddy can't use his speed much because he is already like 1.5 meters away from him.
Normally Freddy would Stealth Master, which would be very effective in a jungle as packed as the amazon, but due to them being 1.5m away, just in range of Westley, his stealth mastery is irrelevant, and his speed is countered by Westley's Skill. The only thing he has going for him is his Immortality, which could lead to a war of attrition, which Inigo would eventually win with his skill and the fact that Freddy, when face to face with an opponent, will just lounge at them, which is predictible.

However, I might be overestimating the character, as it is my first time ever hearing about him, So I'll wait to vote.
