I mean, he probably still would if we knew exactly how kharn physically moves in the eye of terror and if that's applicable to regular space

Yeah. In a battle of "two guys hitting each other", I'm pretty sure Calypso loses to Kharn. Even if the latter's arm-reach in this form is longer than a planet is wide.

Main complicator is that we (apparently) don't know whether or not Kharn can fight in space. Which is pretty much the deciding factor for whether or not he wins.
