I been translating so many raw manga pages. DeepL is the closest to accurate translation you could get without asking a native speaker. Though of its a long paragraph in Chinese, Korean, or Japan. Then it'll have issues.

Not always. It has a limitated number of languages, it can fail sometimes & it isn't good with sentences in japanase with those smaller letters.
