Okay, another case of KH translation, and I hope I caught the correct japanese scan...
Darkness tells Maleficent "Only as a heart you can travel at the speed of light and break the time barrier", at least according to this fan-translation, and the "speed of light" segment has caused a ton of controversy in terms of how to take speed feats on the series, given that plenty of times they have gone FTL without this kind of issues or time travel.
