Oars vs Colossus Titan (Armin)

Oars cant beat that regen but he would quickly manage to incap via better skills and higher lifting strenght. He also has blunt force resistance that helps to tank Armin's attack in the meanwhile

Voting Oars

Oars' much stronger considering he scales to Diable Jambe Sanji who, IIRC, scales around 300 or 400 Kilotons when Sanji had to deflect his attack, doing virtually no damage to him.

He doesn't have resistance to blunt force. He doesn't have Luffy's powers nor access to them.

But still, Oars' stamina is much better and he'd outlast Armin no matter what. While Oars can't beat the regen, Armin can't beat Oars. He can't make a wound good enough to give him advantage and Oars doesn't feel pain. Less will he feel if he's facing an inferior opponent.

Voting Oars. It's just a matter of time before he tries to attack Oars' neck, but that'd give no results.

How tall is this Armin? Because it'd be funny to see Oars towering him.

>He doesn't have resistance to blunt force. He doesn't have Luffy's powers nor access to them

How so? His profile states that his body is indeed elastic and that he can use all attacks from base pre-timeskip Luffy

Yes, because Luffy's shadow has his mindset and he uses those attacks. His elasticity comes from Moriah manipulating the shadow, and Oars' body don't get ripped from it. So in other words, it's not combat applicable if Moriah isn't helping Oars.

It doesn't change much. It means this is the Oars that was pummeling the Strawhats before the awesome teamwork.

Well, he's towering now thanks to the retcon.

Not to a wide margin since Oars' 67m but still.

Oars stomps.

That calc for Armin is... lol. The so called "blast" didnt even destroy the ships and they were at point-blank range, barely some of them got broken to half. And lol, those ships are not 160 meters long, not even close.12345

And it doesnt really matter that speed is equalized. With the reflexes of Luffy is enough to dodge everything from Armin.

And ofc Oars oneshot it casually. They can be easily harmed by humans with blades.

Without speed equalized, Oars destroy the whole verse.

Just going to point out that if Oars even tries to get close he gets burnt to a crisp by Armin's steam attacks

Heat and fire damage heavily relies on tier according to our system. If Oars' stronger, Armin wouldn't do much with his steam. He'd get eventually burned, yes, but not to a crisp in an instant.

Also two things:

1. How exactly is Oars a master martial artist? Hell up to that point in the story how was Luffy even considered a master martial artist?

2. Armin's h2h combat training is specifically tailored for him to counter opponents who are larger and stronger than himself.

1. Matching Rob Lucci blow for blow who's a martial artist. Luffy's a Master Hand-to-Hand Combatant though.

2. Neat, does it work against someone who doesn't feel pain at all and has a noticeable agility despite being that big? Plus, Oars' stamina is monstruous when compared to Armin's.

1. Yeah master brawler but he was by no means a master martial artist when oars absorbed his skill, that should likely be reworded

2. Pain doesnt have much to do with it, and yes, it does. Its a fighting style that focuses on beating an opponent by using their own size and strength against them by redirecting their attacks rather than tanking them outright, its a style that all Scouts had to master before they were even allowed to graduate from the academy.

If you want to discuss the calc, go to a CRT. This isn't the place for such thing.
Do you expect me to need to do a CRT for each calculation, every time I disagree, on each vs?

Lol.

1. I reworded it. Luffy's no master martial artist, he's a master hand to hand combatant and yes, he was at that time.

2. Cool, Oars' still much tougher, heavier and stronger than Armin. It's unlikely he'll end paralyzed before Armin loses the transformation or something.

@Ronnijuro

If you disagree with the calc, you make a CRT. If not, the calc is valid and you're just complaining for the sake of doing so.

Do you expect me to need to do a CRT for each calculation, every time I disagree, on each vs?

Of course, if you disagree with the math, you should have reasons why it's wrong no?

Hes not going to be paralyzed, Armin will ust be redirecting Oars' attacks so oars gets sent flying every time he tries to throw a punch

And that changes the fight, how? Throwing Oars around isn't going to harm him by a wide margin, not to an extent where his bones would be broken. That's the amount of damage he has to stack to be put down, or he'll get up again.

How is Oars going to pummel him if his attacks get redirected whenever he tries to throw a punch?

He can't do that forever, less with an opponent as agile as Oars.

Plus, Armin won't toast Oars anytime soon. Sanji used Diable Jambe to just deflect an attack from Oars, and Sanji's not only stronger than Armin, he did nothing to Oars' arms and Diable Jambe even bypasses resistance.

Speed is equalized my dude, agility really doesnt mean anything here

Armin's steam is the equivalent of Oars' entire body being coated in a very slightly weaker Diable Jambe for an extended period of time

Agility in the way that Oars can move in ways unexpectable for someone of his size.

"Very slightly weaker"

Like 3x weaker, actually. Probably even higher considering Sanji two-shoted Hybrid Jabra and Oars didn't even flinch. He'd need a far amount of time to burn Oars to a considerable degree, and his transformation can't last too much time.

>two-shoted Hybrid Jabra and Oars didn't even flinch

If this is true then its a lot more than 3x weaker. Like, Armin being completely unable to hurt Oars in any way.

It's not one-shot so no, he can, but the difference is big enough that he can't do that in an instant.

You said it, with extended exposure. Plus, you was arguing that he can subdue him due to martial arts.

If exposure to fire and heat stronger than what Armin can produce did not faze oars then how is armin supposed to burn oars?

He cant subdue him, only redirect his attacks

You can sustain high heat if it last for a second, but prolonged exposure to lesser heat can hurt you really bad. It's simple. Oars doesn't have resistance, he's tougher and that's all.

Extended Exposure to heat will absolutely hurt you, regardless of your AP being only much higher.

Oars can't one shot either, regen covers that.

Thats how we treat it?

Then what exactly is stopping Armin from just redirecting Oars' attack and regenning until he can evenually roast Oars?

The transformation time, as I explained several times already. That and the fact that Oars is no fool to be tossed around without trying something new like, I don't know, throwing a skyscraper.
