Helios has superior powers from the get-go, but if Kars copies from it, it depends on who strikes first really.

I feel kars as a character is a big NLF with his copying powers, arguments for him winning always comes down to him copying his opponents powers, what exactly is the limit to that?

I don't see concept manipulation on kars's profile, nor have i ever heard about him copying anyone's ability which was concept manipulation.

Unless someone proves to me that kars has been shown to copy such an ability, i am calling NLF, and casting my vote to helios due to his concept manipulation and resistance to biological, magical, mental, spatial, temporal, and conceptual attacks.

Plus his non-existence manipulation and reactive evolution

Kars never displayed any kind of limit in the novel. This has been said before, but for the sake of VS we go by the greatest thing he's copied which is MIHU which is Universe+.

So, his copying ability from what I understand copies those who are universe level. I could be wrong on this though.

I'm never truly understands the difference between concept manipulation, existence erase, or reality warping..because at certain level all of them can do the same thing...also found new Reinhard to spam.
