Bakugou is a 1st year and not even the strongest one and threw the ball over 700 meters while not going all out. A km is very possible for a student.

If pseudo flight has never been something Nezuko has done or has been shown possible for her why are you saying she'll use it here or even use it effectively.

Uraraka can at minimum launch that ball 1km by what you're asserting. If air resistance is such a big factor why did it go that far from a casual throw or why do things she touches float without any initial acceleration?

I made a CRT for that months ago, but the fearhax revisions altered the standards and I forgot to add her's. It's not low level, because fodder Lower Moon demons have it and Nezuko scared Daki, an Upper Moon. It's far above baseline, considering the 5th Lower Moon is far inferior to Daki's, and now, Nezuko's.

If Ochako doesn't have a win condition this is a stomp, bloodlusted or not. If she can't restrain, KO or bfr Nezuko, this thread can just be deleted.

Nezuko got chopped up into pieces, damage Ochako won't be able to do, and was slightly inconvenienced. She was also able to fight for hours despite regening from lethal injuries. Ochako is the one at a stamina disadvantage if she is going to use her quirk non-stop. Her using the environment requires a lot of debris (created by Izuku or Bakugo) which she won't be able to create, and she can't pull of sneak attacks since Nezuko can sense her presence.

Ochako can temporarily incap at best. She won't be able to sustain a 24 hour incap as required by Standard Battle Assumptions victory. As proven, air-resistance affects Zero Gravity (Mezo cannot correct the trajectory with wing-like arms if he is unaffected by wind resistance) so objects without additional acceleration should eventually stop, and one-week BFR as required by Standard Battle Assumptions victory is not feasible, and Nezuko can theoretically use her Exploding Blood to slow herself down anyway.

Judging by Class 1-A's reaction, the runner up to Bakugou's throw is not even close (and the quirk of others beside Ochako and Izuku are unlikely to replicate a similar feat), and Bakugo was probably going all out judging by how competitive he is.

I am not saying that Nezuko can pseudo-flight normally, only that she can logically pseudo-flight while under Zero Gravity.

Perhaps air-resistance was retconned into her ability, that would be my guess.

There are more instances of air resistance not affecting her power than there are of it affecting it.

Their reaction to his throw was because he went first not because he was far more impressive than everyone else. Had Bakugou been going all out he'd have injured himself and he didn't. So 1km is still very much possible for a student to get.

An initial acceleration isn't needed to make objects float she's shown this multiple times. The air resistance argument is supported by just one scene and contradicted by several others.

Nezuko has never shown flight with her bloodburst, Nezuko's bloodburst only ever accelerated something once in every other occasion it's the equivalent of pooring gasoline on someone and throwing a match

No, in most instances air resistance is not relevant. There is one early joke scene where it seems like her ability ignores air resistance, and there is a plot-related scene where characters acknowledge that her ability does not cancel air resistance.

He went first because Aizawa knew he would demonstrate an impressive result, since his quirk is among the most suited to launch the ball. I don't recall Bakugou producing more powerful explosions by injuring himself (that's Deku's shtick), but ok.

Any float speed demonstrated is too slow to reach orbit in 24 hours or less, not that Ochako can keep using her powers for multiple hours, nor that she has feats of throwing enemies a far distance away on her own.

In fact there are anti-feats for floating, where the Earth Beast she tagged did not float up on its own and she needed Tsuyu to fling it upwards, and the rubble she hanged above Bakugou stopped floating on its ow. Can you cite the several scenes that contradicts the effect of air resistance?

It is established that Exploding Blood can accelerate objects, that she didn't use this attribute often is irrelevant.

And in several other plot related scenes air resistance is irrelevant eg her match with Bakugou and the entrance exam.

The AM fight is a perfect example since he risked permanent damage performing his full powered explosions. Aizawa acknowledging he'd produce a good result doesn't in any way make him the peak of what a student can produce.

An object can float upward in good time without an initial velocity how much better would it do with it. She has never had need to kill a person and has therefore never needed to throw them up. She can maintain her power for several minutes quite casually as she has to maintain it to move effectively in her current costume and for her plan against Bakugou in the sports festival and making her entire team weightless for the entire cavalry battle (which displays she can at bare minimum maintain her power on 3 people for 15 minutes straight with no adverse effects on herself). The earth beast scene you're citing is anime only by the way.

Objects without any force applied to them stop eventually it would seem. And an object going into motion without any force acting on it should logically not even move if air resistance was a factor. Her quirk also seems to cancel out other forces acting on the object pre touch.

So why did her blood not even move any of the demons she's hit with it? In every other use of it it has never triggered an explosion.

Voting Ochako here.

As stated before, she has the AP and skill advantage, and since she's bloodlusted, one touch is all she needs to just yeet Nezuko into the stratosphere. Obviously getting that one touch would be hard, but it's far from impossible... very far.

None of those things matter against Gravity Nullification. She'd float to space regardless.

can she really float nezuko that high before reaching her limits? i didnt reach the manga just anime spoil me its fine

I remember she threw the ball to space.

But even if she can't, she only need to keep Nezuko incapped for a certain amount of time.

that was an exageration as she clearly has limits as we have seen she will vomit after using her quirk for some time , and that wont fully incapp nezuko as u said for some time only and when she is back she can win

No, her problem comes when floating herself, not floating other people.

If Nezuko spends some time floating, unable to fight back, Ochako wins.
