New calc for GetBackers

This would apply to mid series GetBackers (so it would replace the current 8-B).

The calc is already done in the Narutoforums, i want a calc group member to check if the calc is correct.

I think the upgrade is fine, although this one seems higher than the other brothers feats (though they were casual). However the characters are getting stronger so I don't have a problem with the upgrade.

When I was looking through the feats I didn't grab this one since the destruction was in the background so I didn't think it could be properly scaled, guess I was wrong. It doesn't look that powerful though but I'm no calc person so my thoughts on the outcome is irrelevant.

If the calc members think the calc is fine, I don't have any issues.

Actually other characters like the Drei Rihter (the 2 weaker ones), have a High 6-B calc for similar reasons, however that would only scale to the end of series people most of which (Ban, Akabane, Ginji, Voodoo King, Witch Queen) scale to the High 6-A statement from Ginji.

But for now this seems more important.

Actually doesn't Yukihiko have a city level calc? Which is the calc that's used on OBD for City level Get Backers.

So i'd say it's not all that high.
