Another situation is if TOTU could bestow Ness with Low 2-C Powers, but that's highly unlikely considering it would require Magicant and such.

But either way, the best situation in this case for Ness is to let The Player/TOTU handle it since most of his wincons is jacked.

I am currently VERY busy, but yes i will say that Iihiko has no way around this as long as that Fate Hax is passive or in character.

His Fate Hax comes from another entity that is always watching over him, so yes, is passive.

C'mon, that's only because I thought this would be a fair fight the first time.

But now, considering Iihiko has no way around Fate Manipulation/TOTU, it is in fact a stomp.

In addition to that, Emperor claimed that it was a stomp before the match was even a thing.

Yeah. Fire and Iapitus (The most knowledgeable members of MB) said that if Iihiko has no way around TOTU then this is a stomp.
