No my orginal claim was that i dont believe when ninja use normal kunais without chakra enhanced that the kunai are their AP level
 
So uh, I see you don’t have this feat. Also are you just gathering every feat, or are they supposed to be usable for scaling? Cause Jiraiya nearly dying from KN4 shouldn’t be usable IMO.

"if you want to have some fun, try and put together a compilation of all explicit Striking Strength feats from the beginning of Shippuden through to the war.

It'd be good to have a huge compilation to examine - even if most of them will be predictably mediocre."
 
Some of these probably aren't Striking Strength feats like Onoki lifting the turtle (which is Ninjutsu + Lifting Strength). But I'll go through the list soon and help edit it.
 
KCM needs a feat check, I'd argue he's weaker than his Version 2 states with these anti feats
 
Maybe, maybe not.
I'll wait till we get to the War arc, I have a lot to say about that arc.
