If this were true irl, then we would never get tired while shadow boxing. This is just straight up untrue irl. A full power punch doesn't suddenly go back to being Chem energy just because it didn't connect.
Why does eating a single chakra fruit mean you’ve consumed all of a planet’s GBE and rot ke? Especially when 1) we’ve seen planets with less chakra signatures than earth have several chakra fruits put into them and 2) those planets still be intact (aka still have their GBE, as without it the planet wouldn’t maintain its form).
