So we can conclude that any variant of Naruto after Pain Arc can use both of these techniques, it's just rarely used in Boruto due to ninjutsu absorption.
@GokuSparkle already made the proposed changes for Pain Arc till Pre-Hagoromo Naruto in the thread. So I'll try to make some changes for the later arcs.

The Last
BSM Naruto is L5-B+ here, so applying a simple 2x multiplier for Rasengan Barrage would grant him 5-B.
Unknown (Far stronger than his previous Base Form, but to what extent is unknown due to him regularly borrowing power from his other forms), Small Planet level+, possibly Planet level with Kurama Sage Mode (Fought and damaged Tenseigan Chakra Mode Toneri), Planet level with Rasengan Barrage, Planetary Rasengan, or Rasenshuriken (Rasengan Barrage increases the Rasengan's power more than twice. The Rasenshuriken is exponentially stronger than the Rasengan) higher with Kurama Avatar (The Kurama Avatar greatly increases Naruto's Attack Power)

Boruto Era
SPSM KCM Naruto is rated 312.8 ZT here. Applying the 2x multiplier, he'll get 625.6 ZT with Rasengan Barrage, Planetary Rasengan, or Rasenshuriken. Base Naruto is 156.4 ZT, 312,8 ZT with Rasengan Barrage and Rasenshuriken.
Planet level (While weakened to half power, he fought against Fused Momoshiki), higher with Rasengan Barrage and Rasenshuriken (Rasengan Barrage increases the Rasengan's power more than twice. The Rasenshuriken is exponentially stronger than the Rasengan) even higher with Six Paths Sage Mode (Overwhelmed Fused Momoshiki while fighting alongside Sasuke Uchiha), far higher with Rasengan Barrage, Planetary Rasengan, Rasenshuriken or Kurama Avatar (The Kurama Avatar greatly increases Naruto's attack potency), even higher with Majestic Attire Susano'o (Easily overpowered Fused Momoshiki's Lava Golem, combined powers with Sasuke's Susano'o)

Remember Naruto also displays CC amps in the Last. A Single Odama Rasengan Shattering Toneri’s TSB when FRS, Odama Rasengan Barrages, etc. failed.

So instead of saying he’s that “W/ Rasengan Barrage, etc”, it should be Planet Level w/ Chakra Control as he can amp his physicals and any Rasengan Variant to higher levels with CC.
 
Has there been any discussion about SFT Arc Base Naruto scaling to Town Level Physically instead of 8-A? His feats (Scans: 1, 2, 3) against the Snake would support it.

And I think it’s “implied” Naruto beat the Snake High Diff. After that last scene, we see Naruto next laid out with significantly more injuries but the snake is “magically” gone. That’s just my assumption, but it makes the most sense imo. That snake didn’t go back to help to Kabuto or Orochimaru & It’s unlikely the snake went back to the caves on its own accord (As the Summoning is still in effect) or simply traveled off.🤷‍♂️

It’s the same type of snake… the FoD snake was featless beyond KE. This one has a feat but should also scale to the featless FoD snake for the same KE reasons.

But like I can understand their grievances. The Kages shouldn't be anywhere near as powerful as even Hashirama, but they're in the six paths level, it breaks established logic in Shippuden.

But they have the feats, with no relevant anti-feats, they scale, period, no matter how much everyone says it doesn't make sense.

This is like Piccolo suddenly getting as powerful as Base Goku in the U6 Tournament who at this point can vaporize all of Z at once. Meaning Piccolo can suddenly catch up to SSG level of power for no reason at all.
 
Boruto 🤝 Dragon Ball Super
  • Main character gets a divine powerup that's completely unreachable by regular training methods. (SSG for DBS and Hagoromo powerups in Shippuden)
  • The MCs fights against godly opponents that is so far beyond any character that didn't receive any of the divine powerup. (Beerus for DBS and Kaguya for Shippuden)
  • Sometime later, side characters can suddenly catch up to the godly power levels and can fight against god tier opponents even if they're not exactly as strong as the Protagonists. (Piccolo and Gohan for DBS and The Five Kages and Sakura in Boruto.)

It's wild how most people accept the powercliffing for DBS but many don't for Boruto
 
You know I don't think anyone's stopped to realize how insane an AP feat this is.

I'm more interested in how Lee can throw his Kunai from a fair distance away and it gets there before Madara's attacks and Guy

Gaara being that good makes sense cuz he got that dog in him once he took the tanuki out. For everyone else i just see it as them having waaaaay better Chakra control than the last guys for some reason.

Piccolo was training more than 90% of the cast, he needed this.
