Naruto Speed Revisions and Scaling

Kiba's justification is looking a bit weak.

Kurenai is lacking links and an explanations for why exactly her reactions and combat speed are MHS+.

Hayate and Baki look like they need a Possibly in front of their ratings.

As for Sakura, does her speed at the beginning of Shippuden really scale to Kakashi's lightning interception calc? She doesn't seem anywhere near as fast as him.

@Jvando; it should just be likely higher. I don't think Onoki or Deidara can explicitely fly at Sub-Rel speeds.

Neither can Gaara since it took him a while to transport the Kages to the battlefield after they recovered.

Not gonna go through everything else, but Sasori is one of the deadlier members of the Akatsuki, and he should be significantly faster than the likes of Hidan and Kakuzu. Deidara kept up with Hebi Sasuke but even he admitted Sasori was stronger than him.

For most of the fight Sakura didn't keep up with Sasori by herself; she was being used by Chiyo as a puppet.

Sakura not only caught his puppet body off-guard, but she fought off his performance of 100 puppets. Sakura was being puppeteered against the Kazekage, which is Sasori's strongest puppet.

He should have the mid-tier speed rating as well as a "Higher with Iron Sand Techniques (Sakura required Chiyo to puppeteer her in order to keep up with the Third Kazekage)"
 
Damage seems to have problems with Sakura scaling to Sasori and I honestly do as well.

I think Mindovin said there was a problem for justifying Sasuke's speed by blitzing Naruto since Naruto was weakened at the time.

There's nothing wrong with her scailing to sasori as Omega has stated before. The main reason Chiyo had the chakra strings attached was becaue of his AOE and his sand had poison on it.
 
Also, Neji shouldn't be scaling to Baki.

We also said that Sai shouldn't be scaling to Sasuke.

We can scale sasuke to yamato or sai, if thats the case. I can remove the baki part of the justification.
 
I redid the Sumire calc and got low end MHS for Nue's reactions (Mach 180) which would scale to Boruto and co.
 
Sakura in the later half of the fight got used to Sasori's abilities and was able to keep up by herself, it was just that before she had no idea how puppeteers fought since she hadn't fought one before
 
For characters who just scale because they're Jonin and for no other specific reason, should we preface their rating with a Possibly / Likely?
 
I'm fine with Likely as long as they have no other specific context like being a Taijutsu specialist or being physically elite
 
@Wrath of Itachi; most of them look fine but there are a couple of odd ones still like Kurenai.

I think that Hizashi and Dan need a "Possibly" before their ratings.

Did Karin actually dodge any attacks from Tobi's wood statue?
 
I remember that one of the Gates increased a person's Powers by 100 times or something, it was a scan with Kakashi, Gaara and I think Lee

Is Minato's feat where he reacted to Madara's Truth Seeking Orbs (In base) to save Guy a outlier ?
 
I was asked to comment here again, I will say the agreed changes can be made.
 
Before updating the profiles, I don't think Guy is "likely" but "at least". He was always potrayed as fast and such.
