Just because Demonbane is called "Deus Machina Demonbane" doesn't mean his sealing is literally a deus ex machina. This is the same reason EGD and Yog don't actually get into confrontations.

It can be very hard to determine results between high tier characters. 1-A vs 1-A can be nearly impossible to determine.

It's slighty easier then you think. We either go by feats or abilities. Or feats involving abilities.

It doesn't work like that when you compare High 1-A characters. Feats aren't everything for them, and characters of that level already have almost all abilities or are so absurdly powerful, they do not need said abilities.
