Muscle Man flooded the Space Bush, a Structure that is basically just as big as (possibly even bigger than) the Space Tree

Muscle Man flooded the rival park, which should be nearly the same size as the park that he and the other main characters work at. And this shows how big the main park is compared to the space tree.

I'm not a calculations expert but I think this should at least put him above 8-A

This seems like a tier via only prep time given it was through a bottle explosive. If it really is slime, it could easily be Tier 7 and maybe 6. However, it looks more like bubbly wine or smth along those lines. Which makes the most sense, because the timer/primer clearly released Mentos into the drink. So it must've just been carbonation. Not sure if that changes things tho...

While this would probably only be a tier upgrade for Muscle Man when making pranks, I think an argument can be made to at least scale the cast's durability to the result.

The completely normal guys in this episode (unlessn I'm forgetting something) were unharmed by being right where it went off. It's not a stretch to say the main cast would have been fine, too.

Currently he's 8-A with preparations. Also the guys who got pranked with slime seemed completely unable to move so even if it doesn't upgrade his Attack Potency, it definitely upgrades his Range

Well, normally I think KE is fine, but in this case, it didn't seem to cause any sort of damage. So it's true that it might just be range. Tho, didn't Muscle Man have a feat of tossing a big ass water balloon that flooded the park or smth?

He did. I think him flooding the Space Bush with slime should also be counted as a feat that puts him above tier 8
