Most Well Known Character of each Tier

Most well known 7-C.....

Steve has a decent chance, Minecraft being the 2nd best selling video game of all time.

Then again, he has to go against Naruto and Luffy.

That version of Batman is not more popular than Bugs
Since it's just regular batman in a suit he probably is.

Besides, popularity of the specific version does not matter.

This is it ladies & gentlemen-

Tier 0 (True Infinity): TOAA, unfortunately. (In my opinion it should have been TOAA Thor from Chaos War)

High 1-A (High Outerverse Level): Elder God Demonsbane (Yog-Sotthoth gives him stiff competition though)

1-A (Outerverse Level): Darkseid

High 1-B (Hilbert-space Multiverse Level): Thanos

1-B (Hyperverse Level): Mother Of Existence

Low 1-B (Low Hyperverse Level): Caliborn

High 1-C (High Complex Multiverse Level): Optimus Prime or Bumblebee

1-C (Complex Multiverse Level): Michael or Janet from the good place. Maybe even Jason (with the Molotov cocktail).

Low 1-C (Low Complex Multiverse Level): ZeedMilleniummon

High 2-A (High Multiverse Level+): Superman

2-A (Multiverse Level+): The infinity gauntlet

2-B (Multiverse Level): Arceus

2-C (Multi-Universe Level): Dr. Strange (Though it would be Dracula if we stretch the rule a bit)

Low 2-C (Universe Level+): Thor (Though should have been Zeus)

High 3-A (High Universe Level): Gandalf

3-A (Universe Level): Wonder Woman

3-B (Multi-Galaxy Level): Odin (though if you consider him illegal because he has an unknown form which is probably stronger then it probably goes to either Hela thanks to Cate Blanchett & Ragnarok or to Gogeta)

3-C (Galaxy Level): Ronald McDonald (Maybe some Star Wars characters give him competition)

4-A (Multi-Solar System Level): Darth Vader

4-B (Solar System Level): Mickey Mouse (Disney)

High 4-C (Large Star Level): Donald Duck

4-C (Star Level): Cooler

Low 4-C (Small Star Level): Samus

High 5-A (Dwarf Star Level): Iron Man

5-A (Gas Giant Level): Batman

5-B (Planet Level): Magneto

Low 5-B (Small Planet Level): Naruto (Might Guy comes damn close though)

5-C (Moon Level): Storm

High 6-A (Multi-Continent Level): Obi Wan Kenobi (though if we had a tier for him wielding the dagger of Mortis then it would most probably be Darth Maul or General Grievous, maybe even Dooku)

6-A (Continent Level): Ichigo

High 6-B (Large Country Level): The meteor that killed the dinosaurs.

6-B (Country Level): Steven Universe (If we REALLY stretch the rules then this goes to Blackbeard)

Low 6-B (Small Country Level): Luffy (Though when he eventually becomes 6-B proper then this goes to either Minato or Deidara)

High 6-C (Large Island Level): Ash Ketchum's Pikachu (Pokemon)

6-C (Island Level): Queen Elsa Of Arendelle (Maybe even the entire nuclear arsenal of the world aka the human race)

High 7-A (Small Island Level): Millennium Falcon

7-A (Mountain Level): X-Wing

7-B (City Level): Tom Cat (Tom & Jerry)

Low 7-B (Small City Level) : F-15

High 7-C (Large City Level): Dracula (Though if we bump him up to 2-c then it may go to All-Might)

7-C (Town Level): TIE Fighter

Low 7-C (Small Town Level): Green Goblin

8-A (Multi-City Block Level): Captain America

8-B (City Block Level): Pac Man

High 8-C (Large Building Level):Han Solo/Chewbacca

8-C (Building Level): Bane

9-A (Small Building Level): C3P0

9-B (Wall Level): Bruce Lee

9-C (Street Level): Rocky

10-A (Athlete Level): Me (just kidding, James Bond !)

10-B (Human Level): Ariel

10-C (Below Average Human Level): Tyrion

11-A (Plane Level): A Square

11-B (Line Level): King Of Lineland

11-C (Point Level): Monarch of Pointland.

2-C probably Hades/Seiya, Sailor Moon or Sonic 100% agree with Cal about this
No way, Dr. Strange.

Dracula actually, but some people think that is taking the rule too far.

I don't know shit about Darkseid but I remember there are little thread(forget which one) about Soulfire Darkseid.

A quick look on the internet reveals that SF Darkseid is non canon, which doesn't really matter since we are using non canon versions of everybody on this thread.

The strongest version of Vader is 4-A, if not even higher according to this profile-
Vader would only be 4-A with the power of Mortis or if he was whole and managed to attain the potential that Legends Luke did. As it stands Vader is not getting above High 6-A.

Mortis-amped anakin/Vader is still a version of Vader, therefore no other Vader can be used in this thread.

It is not on his profile and it was agreed on a revision thread to leave that Vader out altogether.
OK, but he is still the strongest Vader whether we have a profile for him or not.

To make a character "popular" a person only need to know the name or also the appearances? If it's the former, Zelda should take the high 7-A spot. Being on the title of every game of probably the best videogame saga according to critic, being one of the pillars of Nintendo, and with one of its games considered to be the best videogame ever created make you quite famous

The-One-Above-All for tier 0, Yog-Sothoth (Cthulhu Mythos) for High 1-A, Lucifer Morningstar (DC Comics) or The Presence for 1-A, Beyonder (Pre-Retcon) or The Living Tribunal or Thanos (Marvel Comics) for High 1-B, SCP-682 for 1-B(maybe), John Egbert for Low 1-B, Mister Mxyzptlk (Cosmic Adventures in the 8th Grade) for High 1-C, YHVH or Commander Cosmo for 1-C, Lord of Nightmares or Lucemo for Low 1-C, Mister Mxyzptlk for High 2-A, Thanos (Marvel Comics) or Bill Cipher for 2-A, Paper Mario or Arceus for 2-B, Mario (1993 Movie) or Zen'ō for 2-C, not sure about High 3-A, Superman (Pre-Crisis) for 3-A, Son Goku (Dragon Ball GT) for 3-B and 3-C, Superman (Post-Crisis) should be 4-B tying with Mickey, Link (Composite) or Sonic the Hedgehog (Game Character) should be High 4-C, Son Goku (Dragon Ball Z) for 4-C and Low 4-C, not sure for High 5-A or 5-A, 5-B is Son Goku (Dragon Ball Z), Naruto Uzumaki (Teenager) for Low 5-B, not sure for 5-C, Sonic the Hedgehog (Game Character) for High 6-A, not sure for 6-A, Donkey Kong (Character) for 6-B, Son Goku (Dragon Ball) or Monkey D. Luffy for Low 6-B, Meliodas for 6-C and High 7-A, Monkey D. Luffy or Natsu Dragneel for 7-A, Son Goku (Dragon Ball) or Naruto Uzumaki (Teenager) for 7-B, skips some, Pikachu for 8-A, Pac-Man (Character) for 8-B and High 8-C, Batman (Post-Crisis) or Pac-Man (Character) for 8-C, Batman (DCAU) for 9-A, Spongebob Squarepants (Character) for 9-B, Sherlock Holmes for 9-C and 10-A, Ben Tennyson (Original) for 10-B, Spongebob Squarepants (Character) for 10-C, Bill Cipher for 11-A, not sure about 11-B, Monarch of Pointland for 11-C.

There are probably better options for some of these.

I feel like restricting it for the most powerful versions of each character is kinda... dumb.

Zelda may be famous but come on, the Millennium Falcon is the Millennium falcon

Not every single thing of Star Wars is stupidly popular. Luke and Vader and lightsabers and R2D2, sure. Not so much Obi Wan or Sidious. Defninitely not any machine from the verse who's not a robot/droid.

Then again, this is coming from someone who still hasn't seen the original Star Wars trilogy...

I mean, Saitama and Mega Man are definatly pop culture icons. Weather or not they're more popular then the red ranger is up to who you ask.
Megaman yes, Saitama ..no lol not even close

^^^^ This.

@shadowbokunohero, this is something I have been trying to explain to people in this thread.

In almost every single movie, TV show or book, you will find some allusion to star wars.
