Then again, the one you get to res could 'scale' in the loosest possible sense, which I would hazard a guess is where this scaling comes from (?).

I think that was an April fools when he became Tier 0 for a short time.

Someone linked it on a thread a while back. But basically DMC used to be 3-A, then the downgrade CRT made it High 6-A which pissed off DMC fans so they spent months collecting evidence to get the verse to where it is now at 2-C.

Probably one of the dudes hounding r/WhoWouldWin. They've decided to basically integrate this wiki's tiering system, and consider Tier 0 as one of the weaker tiers as you can see there.

Thing is r/WWW or more specifically, r/CharacterRant hates this wiki's tiering system (Tier 1 specifically) so it's a fun circus of SCP wankers circlejerking themselves on reddit while the old guard on CR call them idiots.

actually it took years to get the verse back to 3-A let alone 2-C that comes much later
iirc it went from 3-A to High 6-A to 7-A to Low 6-B to 3-A again then to 3-A possibly low 2-C then to solid low 2-C then it got to 2-C
