High 1-B is when there is a countable infinite amount of dimensions (1, 2, 3, 4 and so on to infinity).

Low 1-A is when you can't even count it. Literally. You start at 0, but then where are you supposed to go next? There is an infinite gap between the 0th dimension and the 1st dimension. They are separated by infinite spatial dimensions in between them.

That's why the Low 1-A distinction is important, although I guess you could have High 1-B split into High Hyperverse level (countably infinite) and High Hyperverse level+ (uncountably infinite).
