Based on what information? Because the fact that Terumi's long gone as implied by Hazama doesn't really back that up, plus there's no way it fits in the storyline of CF without it bringing up a lot of holes into the story.

From what I've been able to gather, the information on Dengekionline predates Blazblue Cross Tag Battle's official release. Therefore, it's possible that it's just their subjective opinion.
Otherwise, it would be difficult to explain the numerous plot holes in the story, especially in the game's Chapter 2.
So, it seems that information isn't very credible anymore. :v

Yeah I'm not gonna trust a random website that made this before the game released for info when cross tag doesn't really support itself being canon to BlazBlue.
