1. It's not straightforward. Straightforward is "Naruto should get wind manipulation with Rasenshuriken"
2. Not every staff member is knowledgeable on Naruto. So they rely on the arguments AND counter-arguments made during the thread to arrive at an evaluation
3. Naruto is part of the HST. So the staff pool willing to even do number 2 is smaller than usual.
4. It's an upgrade that makes the characters like 70x stronger. It was never meant to be easy.
Just chill on the thread

Test i think his point is that there HASENT been any counter arguments and its already been well over a month. If they really cared to argue against it by now someone likely would have brought up valid points
 
Firstly, I initially said I was going to comment yesterday, but a lot of stuff came up irl, and when I did get the chance to read the thread, I couldn’t understand the counters because I wasn’t familiar with the initial arguments that were made to downgrade it in the first place.

Having now had the opportunity to read that
precursor thread, I’ll say that, I do think the OP is the more reasonable interpretation. Or better put, the one that accommodates more of what we’ve seen in-verse. I agree.

Approval of Revisions​
