KFC wins because of higher AP, Durability, Flame Body and several other fire moves which can cause burn. It can recover with Roost, Pressure will cause the Nine Tails to basically use double the effort, Sunny Day will boost it's fire moves, and Leer will lower Kurama's defense.
Lastly, Bright Powder will lower the accuracy of incoming attacks like the Tailed Beast Bomb by a low amount, and KFC's flight advantage also helps.
