This is Fourth Great Shinobi War KCM Naruto and Adult Zilla Jr. being used, Naruto can go up to the Kurama Avatar but nothing beyond 6-C, Speed Equalized, Zilla Jr. has Prior Knowledge and the fight takes place on the battlefield of the Fourth Great Shinobi War. They're not trying to kill each other as they're both in-character.

Okay so Zilla has an A.P advantage, and heat manipulation and both have similar regeneration. Naruto should be more skilled, on top of being able to negate Zilla’s regeneration with much better sensory and he can use shadow clones and rasenshuriken to distract Godzilla. Voting Naruto.
