To what extent does Mjolnir actually enhance Thor's base stats (speed, strength, durability)? As Unworthy Thor he survived a Solar System explosion and in Unworthy Warrior's Madness was beating on Beta Ray Bill, who should has MFTL+ reactions. So does Mjolnir only function as a hax enhancer? If that's the case, it seems that even Unworthy Thor is still in the same tier as massively enraged Hulk and Heralds of Galactus.

Physically? None. It doesn't amp him in any way, but provides him a myriad of abilities like flight and portal creation, on top of giving him an easier time focusing his weather powers.

That is correct, yes. Thor is equally physically strong, with or without Mjolnir.
