Huh, this might actually be fair thanks to them both being Relativistic. This is Alive Base Minato and Custom Cyborg Body Raiden being used, the fight takes place in Konoha's Forest of Death within 50 meters of each other and both sides have Prior Knowledge on each other as well as knowing they both have Prior Knowledge alongside 10 minutes of prep time.

Minato :

Raiden :

Incon:

"Sub-rel normally,relativistic reactions"
Hold on how does that work in this context? Is Minato gonna be able to track down Raiden, but his body is gonna be to slow to react?

They literally both have Sub-Rel to Relativistic Speeds, it's just that Raiden's Relativistic is via his Blade Mode, so I doubt there's gonna be any blitzing going on here unless it's via teleportation.

How so? They both can One-Shot each other regardless of Minato's durability due to Raiden's sword.
Well Minato has Relativistic reactions so he'd quite literally see Raiden in slow motion the entire time. (It's an 32x speed difference)
Even when he uses blade mode he still has double his speed in reactions

Raiden can't spam Blade Mode to keep up so Minato literally just casually avoids everything until Raiden runs outa blade mode juice, then taps him once and takes the win

I could've sworn they were a lot closer in speed statistics than that. Also Blade Mode canonically doesn't run out of power as shown in the fight with Monsoon, it's just a gameplay limitation to make things actually challenging and even then you can get an upgrade that allows others to be unlimited regardless later in the game.
