Mikuru Nazume (Zero In) vs Revy (Black Lagoon)

Fighters: Mikuru Nazume and Revy.

Location: Isolated warehouse, with several piles of crates and containers.

Time: Night

Starting Distance: Fighters begin about 40m from each other, though not in line of sight.

Conditions: Speed equalized, in character, no prep time nor previous knowledge of each other's abilities. Mikuru is there because she knows there is a dangerous criminal in the area and Revy knows there's a police officer after her. Neither will leave the warehouse before defeating the other. Both only have their standard equipment.

Revy has higher AP with equipment so I'm going with her. Nazume may have a bulletproof suit, but Revy can blow her to kingdom come with a bazooka.

Her standard weapons are her two pistols, just like Mikuru. The page notes that she sometimes carries grenade launchers and RPGs, which is to say, she once used an RPG to threaten a ship and she once used an M79 grenade launcher to destroy some boats. Something you carried and used only once in the entire series is obviously not standard equipment, it's something optional that's not included in this particular battle, just like her opponent Mikuru once using a sniper rifle or dual wielding P90s.

Bulletproof doesn't mean "impervious to bullets", and Mikuru's suit doesn't cover her entire body.
