Ah, it appears there is an existing DPL already in place, so it seems I created one needlessly.
I have already completed the modification for Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Moon Knight, and now I will proceed to update every single Marvel Comics profiles that are have the Massively Hypersonic+ rating to Hypersonic. However, please note that my progress on this task may be slower than usual as I have just returned from my vacation.

Yes. The MCU should be affected by the same reason. They clearly don't move at super speeds, compare them with anyone from the already dead DCEU. All MCU feats are travel speed that they wank and scale to everything else.

I changed the majority of profiles (in the DPL that I linked) that had a "Massively Hypersonic+" rating to "Hypersonic," but I saw some profiles with "Massively Hypersonic" ratings only, so I left them unchanged, should I update those as well?
In the meantime, I am searching for other tiers to determine if they also have or if they scale to same the "Massively Hypersonic+" rating. If I find any, I will change their ratings to "Hypersonic" as well, like the one with The Thing profile that you mentioned.

I updated the ratings of certain characters, such as Stilt-Man, Cloak, and some others., who were previously rated only as "MHS", to "Hypersonic." This was because these characters were shown to scale to other characters who had "MHS+" ratings, which were also changed to "Hypersonic." For instance, Cloak was shown to scale to Doctor Doom, who had a rating of "Hypersonic", and was also classified as a 5-B character, just like The Thing. However, I am uncertain about the pages I mentioned.
