Add "higher with knife" in his Ap, this due to being able to cut his own foot/leg without any difficulty (the linked image is the version of the volumes, which was redrawn so that what happened could be better understood)

His leg was already mangled and broken from being crushed by a High-End Nomu. Also his AP doesn't get higher, a knife has a smaller surface area compared to a fist so that same level of energy is applied on a smaller area which allows it to damage things a fist cannot.

However I do know we usually do rate higher if a weapon has the feats for it. However I do not see why this would be anything.
