Going from the profile there's some artefacts that are nfinite in attack speed. It also mentions that Kratos kept up with and outsped Atlas who's also Infinite in speed.

That's with 2-C divine weapons like Gauntlet of Zeus. That shit is restricted. Restrict the Tier 2 AP weapons and keep the Helios Shield.

Kratos has infinite speed with Light of Dawn and Gauntlet of Zeus. Only the latter amps to 2-C.

So you'd have to restrict Gauntlet of Zeus, Blade of Artemis and Spear of Destiny.

Kratos doesn't have Infinite speed reactions innately as a Demigod. He only has it with the Gauntlet, but that makes him 2-C.
