Cell scales to a supercomputer (& skill of the Z-fighters combined), but CQC is said to have a near infinite ammount of applications so i dunno

Yes because they actually have actual tangible skill and not "wow goku predicted what someone would do in 0.5 seconds" (not even a good feat).
Early DB has decent skill slop, but then DB instead of keeping up the skill slop just went "anime" skill that is kinda ass, so the top dogs legit just have big ass scaling chains and that's kinda it.
Blade Wolf, every MG cyborg also has a supercomputer, doesnt even help much.
Multiple Metal Gears like PW also have that type of slop.
Ocelot also just flatout outsmarts a super supercomputer but that's out of battle.

Genola can go against Gurlugon in VR Missions, who can do this in an uncountable, countless number of parallel universes and all that stuff i can barely understand, so yeah. Both can win.
