it's about monsoon, who is a character made to be a dark mirror of raiden, as is every single boss in the game

Additionally, ripper mode should grant resistance to soul manip, as a soul can't be cut
edit: the raws were translated to "breaking down the fabric of society" meaning it should scale to its physicals instead
