The urge to fix the blatantly bad travel speed ratings for the profiles but I can't cause Chariot can't get a USP or smth

People can do what they want. As long as it's not egregious.

Do it now if ya want, ill just update shit to reflect the new changes.

Though that also depends on what you have in mind, we need calcs. I have a few ideas for calcs and i know a few superhuman to subsonic because i did them before but still

Looking back on the Gekko arguments, Old Snake would only downscale from 1/4 of Raiden's feat (i think) due to tripping Gekko on barrels (which doesn't damage them i think), with 4 of them being able to restrain Raiden. That would be 8-B at 39.195 tons. It could justify how Snake doesn't get one shot by Vamp and how he can only handle him in his weakened state. Oh, and also being able to survive kicks from Gekkos too.
Pretty sure the Gekko's can and are stated to one shot Snake but I could be wrong.

MGSV probably has some good stuff to look at.

That's only in short bursts not for long distance traveling. Big Boss and the other snakes constantly need vehicles to avoid other ones
It's a feat regardless, wether you wanna dismiss it as an outlier is up to you.

On the other hand, we have Snake moving in tandem (but much slower) with The Fear, who's stated to have lightning-fast speeds (Would probably get dismissed as hyperbole to be honest), which I guess is sort of supported by him running on water.

Venom's speed is actually insane when you realize he can whip it out instantly regardless of ground, and while fully equipped.

He runs at like actual athlete speed in spite of that.

But actual cutscenes have them move pretty fast. I know for a fact Liquid and Snake have superhuman movement from just like, moving on screen, whether it's cutscenes or even gameplay like Liquid tackling in his boss fight. There's one contradiction but it's so minor, more of a thing of its time and literally wouldn't even apply to anyone outside of MG1 Snake (Not even Venom).

It wouldn't be an outlier, just reaction speed or combat speed. Venom can do the same for literal gunfire, rockets and the railgun, but he obv can't run that fast for any meaningful distance.

Alright then, what about Solid Snake in MG2:SS being able to outrun thrown shurikens from a guy specialized in lightning-fast attacks? We also have Snake running past what seems to be infrared sensors.

Or just Solid Snake being generally almost as fast as/faster than machine gun shots in both MG1 and MG2

MG1&2 has a lot of game limitations slop. Like obviously they're not gonna be moving 1000000x quicker, the game literally can't replicate that without everything being hitscan. But in regards to gunfire, we actually do get stuff in games where that'd be accounted for so just calcing those instead.

We're gonna wanna stick to the 3D games for movement feats unless we get additional lore to corroborate it (like Snake dodging infrared shit in the boss being stated), in which case, well guns in MGS1 ain't hitscan, and you could probably make an argument for the part where Snake has to climb the tower with endless goons to get a similar feat. There's also just stuff like Snake swimming after RAY, catching up to it, tagging it, then meeting up with Raiden. Given the stated distances, he would have to be superhuman to pull that off. Even minor things like Snake at the start of MGS2 when he picks up speed is actually real fast. If we count Twin Snakes, he could run parallel to gunfire in Raven's fight too. Not as fast, but would still be really good feat.

Though, I do think there's some feats hovering around bullet speed for movement, maybe not long distance, but a handful of meters.

How many anti-feats are there in the series? I know there's Ocelot getting hurt by a motor cycle running into his face, Snake & Raiden being unable to break out of some handcuffs, and Big Boss getting knocked out by a bomb that did barely any significant damage to the helicopter while also having a combat medic covering for him

the class m big boss not being able to rip open metal bars while trapped in prison

A lot, but for every anti-feat there's like two dumber feats.
The ocelot thing I wouldn't even call a anti-feat, dude young, and was played more for fun, and same game has him get blasted in the face with a jet so.

Like realistically speaking, probably like 30 anti-feats, but they range from like 9-B to like 9-A or above, it depends on what exactly you're using them as a anti-feat for.
