Speed is Unequalized until further notice, (It's a near blitz but not to a terrible extent) Post Revival Kakine.

He's an Esper.

As for his abilities, he is Reliant on Dark Natter, which are elementary particles which he can manipulate, create, and regenerate from at will.

Well for starters Kakine's regen helps with getting one shot, and his durability negating abilities will help with the AP gap, but Merlin has so much going for her that it's silly.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but does his connection with the Dark Matyer network help him counter BFR?

As far as I know Merlin, i do not remember anything that can help overcome Kakine's type 8 immortality.

As has been said before, Dark Matter is an elementary particle, which Kakine can create infinitely, and as long as that particle exists, Kakine also exists because he is Dark Matter himself.

In order to kill Merlin, Kakine can enter and kill her from inside, or extend the fight until Merlin is exhausted, since Kakine does not need to sleep, breathe or feed.
