Sonic's fatehax can affect Master Mogul in both his tenure forms when he's one with the Chaos Force where he is a type 4 accasual.In fact he flat out says that no matter what power he wielded he couldn't bypass it.

This was the NLF statement I was referring to. Not the fact that it can bypass Type 4.
 
Dude I was referring to any power ''he'' wielded specifically in verse.Not just any power to ever exist.That would be absurd.
 
From what I heard, being type 4 acasualt mean you operate on a higher Dimensional temporal axis beyond 4D time axis so standard causality won't affect.

So having fate hax that negs type 4 acasualty is like Smurf hax
