Meliodas vs Natsu

Only thing is change here is their ap, my reasoning still going to be same, and if iirc ppl says to not make this match since we didn't know mel true power yet
 
Attack Reflection takes out Natsu's magic. Revenge Counter which takes all the power of attacks Mel has been hit with and throws it back at the opponent.

Attack reflection only make natsu stronger, for revenge counter he need to take and store damage, which can be dangerous for him since he need to let his guard down
 
I will go with Meliodas because of better hax against his magic attack which is Natsu's main firepower.

Better battle skills and several thousand years of experience.

Overall, he takes this.

Naw, Natsu can't do anything with his attack powered with 2 times, their original power and Meliodas doesn't need to lower his guard to use Revenge Counter as showed against the Demon King in Purgatory where he literally used it after a barrage of magic attack.
 
He can consume the flame for power up,

Their is no feat of meliodas using his original power

And iirc he use fc against dk

Its happen after he cut it off, he didn't erase it directly from his hand, and also it maybe becausecthe arm fell in the portal

Useless due to Full Counter, feat that Natsu negates Regenerationn?

It is the opposite, Meliodas literally has anything to fear against his " magic " attack.

ITS NOT USELESS, BECAUSE natsu can eat it and restore his lost ap and even gain more power.

Natus can't absorb his own magic like flame magic and it is a case for other Dragon Slayers. So, Attack reflection won't make Natsu's stonger

Regen neg is on Natsu's profile, it's written it can neg up to mid regen. ...and Meliodas has mid regen (on his profile at least).

Meliodas full counter is not a passive. And while Natsu can't eat his own fire, he wont take damage either.

Natsu has many ways to beat Meliodas:

- he can simply spam fireball all day long, at some point Meliodas may make a mistake and miss a full counter.

- Natsu came up with technique that bypasses magic nullifier: it's on his profile, look at the the GIFs and search for the Fire Dragon's flame elbow (basically instead of using fire offensively, he can use fire to propel himself or part of his body to punch harder)

- full counter doesn't even cover most of Natsu fire attacks anyway. Most of Natsu attacks are fire punches or fire tackles: they are not ranged attacks. Meliodas' full counter needs him to fully swing his sword.

Natus take damage to fire. He just highly resistant to FIre Based Attack.


Some arguments aren't that accurate regading Natsu and fire but I am not saying that Natsu can't win.
 
Natsu won't get hurt by his own fire, even if it is reflected back at him. He's not getting burned by Meliodas's Hellfire either. Base Form Natsu (High 7-A), shrugged off most of a fire attack from August (Low 6-B).
 
No, Natsu doesn't take damage from his own fire at all. And the only time he got damaged by fire was Zancrow's God flames which is stated to be stronger fire than Dragon fire and bybasses resistance to fire. FC does nothing to Natsu

Isn't this high 7A Natsu, I don't think you should use that if it's not on his profile

I mean this covers it pretty well, I don't think there needs to be a sentence for every time he resists fire manipulation. If anyone wants to know how good his resistance is, they can just ask.
 
Mel can take Natsu down with Revenge Counter, and we still have to see wtf is his Original Magic. In pure combat ability Meliodas is way above Natsu, and he also has his Darkness Danmaku to give Natsu some trouble.

When has Natsu negated Regenerationn? I dont remember that ever happening.

It's based on his skill shown in fights for one. Also having thousands of years combat experience for two.

Didn't Natsu just burn his soul. Meliodas resists soul manipulation.

Also Meliodas is resistent to hellfire that can burn for eternity. Revenge Counter would screw Natsu over.
 
Alright, before we get into the fire bs that always spirals out of control, what about mel's other attacks? You know? With darkness? What can natsu do to a trillion dark? I'd say that would put a literal hole through this fight

More than 3000 years of experience at fighting, which he has shown on the manga, being even able to fight several people with power comparable to his own with pure combat skills. Natsu is good at fighting, but nothing impressive, which is understandable considering his main point is his magic. In regards of fighting, Natsu is a baby compared to Meliodas.

Natsu didnt negate Zeref's regen, even Zeref stated that with time he would regenerate.
 
Also i am curious as to how revenge counter wouldn't work against natsu

It reflects damage, not the magical substance mel was hit with in the first place and isn't it a quite a few times greater than his normal attack damage?
