Dude, I'm a really big fan of Strange (lol my avatar). I know he's a genius and all that, but it makes no sense for him to have surpassed the Ancient One. He couldn't have, in three years, gained the knowledge she took hundreds of years to gather. And she was also a genius you know.

She was a genius due to those hundreds of years studying (quite possibly before, but we don't know that). Also, again, we have no idea what Strange was doing at all (aside from protecting reality/normal sorcerer stuff).

And still, not Sorcerer Supreme. One assumes he would need to be one in order to actually surpass the Ancient One.

By feats he is above her (not that hard) but if he was story wise, he should/would have been calling himself the Sorceror Supreme. I lean towards scaling her to him but I'm mostly neutral on it.

Unless a future statement comes out comparing their power I don't think she should scale. Its also just not consistent power wise.

Literally why is this a debate?

"She has thousands of years of experience and...umh, draws energy from the Dark Dimension!" isn't a reason for anything. Strange has the feats, she doesn't, she shouldn't scale. The end.

Its just a thing in fiction. Batman in 25 years is better than Ra who's been around for thousands of years. Heck look at Tony. In a meager 10 years he went from a 8-C armor to a suit that would stomp almost every Phase 1, 2, and even 3 villain in a fight.

Semi-related but according to the IW commentary track apparently the Mark L is the best suit is gonna get. Dunno if that will be changed in a later movie though.

There seemed to be a mistake editing the pages. If we are scaling sorcerers to Ultron they should be Mountain level+, not Mountain level.
