• According to A Captain America guidebook, A Guide to the Ultimate Super Soldier, which is licensed by Marvel (Amazon link) (Statement page link) states the following:

Indeed, he once shattered an entire continental ice shelf on Jotunheim with a single thundering slam.

• If this is approved, this does multiple things:

1. Gives Pre-Awakened Thor a Continental upgrade.
2. It took 12 strikes from Mjlonir to destroy the Bifrost Bridge, however, Awakened Thor instantly did it with lightning. This could allow for a possible Multi-Continental scale for Awakened Thor if accepted.
3. Upscales other characters.

Unfortunately a continental shelf =/= a continent itself, and the energy required wouldn't be higher than Large Mountain level / Island level
