Not really a plothole but it's funny that Tony is adamant that time travel is impossible and then figures it out the same night
I mean I wouldn’t be surprised given the mcu has all sorts of crazy shit that a lot of things that are people call impossible would be possible.

The way he came back implies he altered the timeline or the timeline was always like that. Which sorta goes against the whole "you can't change the past this way" thingy Hulk brought up.

My head canon is that Sacred Timeline Cap just came back from the other timeline to present the shield to Sam after living a long life in the other timeline with Peggy, since he still had the Advance Tech Suit & Time GPS, and the extra Pym Particles he stole or he could have asked for help from the smart people in that timeline so it's possible. As for why Hulk couldn't remotely travel him back, Cap could have disabled that function.

But the timing would have to be very precise, since from what we saw, they can only appear back in their original timeline (Present) in the Quantum Tunnel Platform (The one Thanos's ship destroyed & the smaller one Hulk built to return the stones).

So for Old Cap to come back, he would have had to appear sometime after the team went through the tunnel platform and before Thanos' ship's arrival, then wait out the battle somewhere safe then go to the site of the second platform.

I like this explanation, except for the part where this implies Cap is a mass-murderer for creating countless variants.

:(

speaking of murder do you remember how they were originally gonna have a scene where past Thanos tosses past captain America’s head onto the ground in front of sacred timeline cap?

after Thanos saw the video from nebula

On one hand, him being present in the other Timeline means that there are two Steve Rogers there, one with Peggy and one still frozen in ice, where he could change that timeline for the better or for the worse with his knowledge and experience from his Timeline.

On the other hand, Peggy...

I... did not know about that.

well I believe there was another version where they said Thanos after seeing the stuff from nebula invaded earth earlier than expected and killed all of the avengers there and then after coming to the present he tosses the past severed head of cap to the present day avengers

Also the Avengers don't create alternate timelines with their time travel, only the people they meet do. So that's technically the same timeline until someone does something stupid.

But yeah, PEGGY SMASH

Well DANG

Well DANG
Well another article stated he just invaded earth earlier after seeing what the avengers did to him via recording from nebula.

and then kills the past avengers, tosses past captain America’s head, still with cowl on, in front of present day america and say

“I killed you. What are you gonna do about it?”

The TVA said that what the Avengers did was ok for them so that would have had to include Steve's Bizzare Adventure
Loki is like Peggy, side-effect of the Avengers. Also lol at Steve's Bizarre Adventure.
And technically L1130 Loki didn't put the TVA out of a job, since in the end he wound up in another version of the TVA.
With infinite timelines and them having no idea how to get rid of them and Loki immediately telling them not to.
So technically the TVA never stopped existing.
Correct, but their job changed.

The Marvel Website states this:
In the timeless Dark Dimension, Dormammu reigns supreme and wields forces beyond human comprehension, but he can be impacted by powerful artifacts such as the Infinity Stones, even to the point of cowing him and halting his actions.
That means that Dormammu can be affected not only by the Time Stone but also by the other stones, as obviously it isn't thanks to their individual raw power it could be with their hax instead, and since Dormammu is a 4D being the hax of the stones should also be 4D to affect him. I don't know if I'm pushing this too far
