How do we know that he was only weakened during the forest battle? Was it stated or implied somewhere?
I guess it can be inferred since the forest battle was not that long after Odin sent Thor to Earth with dark energy, while the Hulk battle took place much longer afterwards

Thor was traveling/being blasted to earth during the events of Stuttgart, and arrived on earth after the events in Stuttgart ended, after recovering he immediately went to kidnap Loki, then fought Iron Man afterwards.

It's most likely that hours have gone by since the night of the forest battle because the attack on the Helicarrier took place in daylight same with the invasion of New York

I mean, as already pointed out only a few hours have passed from Thor's arrival to the battle with the Hulk, and it should be taken into account that the Dark Energy almost killed Odin. Wasn't there also another statement about Thor being weakened by the norms during Age of Ultron?

I also found this guidebook which states that the first mini-arc reactor of Iron Man generates 3 gigajoules of power per second, which is equal to 0.717017 Tons of TNT, so the Mark 1 would be 8-C

Here. Basically a deleted scene which is an extended version of the cave scene in AoU reveals that Thor would sacrifice his life force to the Water of Sights

The_Impress made a CRT about that

The deleted scene is included in the Blue-ray of the movie, would that make it canon?

Oh, nevermind then. Regarding Iron Man, his repulsors are stated to be particle beams, which can approach to the speed of light, though I don't know how the standards would be for them to be considered as real

There’s also the explanation as to why it was cut from the film

“The end result is horribly unbalanced: after rejecting ideas to simply have Thor find the answers that he sought in a library (“Thor... rockin' the Dewey Decimal system' - not very exciting” stated Whedon) the eventual way forward was deemed to be the supernatural cave sequence. Unfortunately, it tested badly with audiences, again and again, meaning that ultimately, we were left with a subplot that was so edited it really did seem tacked on as an afterthought. The extended deleted scene is considerably better, even without the presumed layers of CG that would have further given it credibility in the eyes of a sceptical audience. It sees Thor possessed by the supernatural Norns to resolve his quest for answers.

The longer version of the scene also adds a further layer of drama by revealing that Thor is sacrificing his life force by entering the pool.”

Would that be able to upgrade any of the 9-B characters, considering that feat is at least used on Ant-Man's profile?
334990.253/(4*pi*330.55^2) = 0.2439764927 Tons of TNT

Ant-Man's durability: 0.2439764927*0.052 = 0.01268677762 Tons of TNT (Small Building level)
2086461.376673040213/(4*pi*330.55^2) = 1.519589076 Tons of TNT

Ant-Man's durability: 1.519589076*0.052 = 0.07901863193 Tons of TNT (Small Building level)
Might have made some mistakes, idk

If we treat Kang's casual energy blasts as vaporizing people through AP instead of some Deconstruction thing, 9-A might have some consistency then.

Looks like Dalesean027 accepted AbaddonTheDisappointment's version of the Avengers HQ destruction calc.

This would put Sanctuary II's larger missiles at 2.086461376673040213 megatons (Small City level) and Ant-Man's durability at 0.07901863193 tons (Small Building level), the latter of which is surprisingly consistent with Kang's weaker energy blasts, which using human vaporization values would be 0.06808199687 to 0.07292493239 tons.
So a CRT is in order for the Sanctuary II, Ant-Man, and those who scale to Ant-Man.

Would the scaling chain be lessened if we gave Ant-Man additional Keys via his different suits/feats in the suits?

• Original Suit (Ant-Man to Civil War)

• Prototype Suit (Ant-Man & The Wasp)

Nanotech Quantum Suit (Endgame)

• Quantumania Suit
Eh, it didn't really seem like the suits had notable differences in terms of base power/durability, plus the Quantum suits were retracted the vast majority of the time. I feel like such an approach would make Ant-Man's profile too cluttered.

It was relevant against Ant-Man thus he had the equipment necessary to do it aka his suit.
We don’t know how he did and how strong that Thor was, all we have to go off of are his planet busting feats
Fair point on us not knowing how strong that Thor is but eh, chances are that the minimum we’d assume would be above 9-A.

Kevin Feige did state that Kang isn't at full power during Quantumania (though it might only be referring to his ability to travel through the multiverse)

“Kang’s a very powerful person, but when we meet him he’s in a position where he needs to get that power back,” teases Feige. “He has a ship and a device that would allow him to go anywhere, and anywhen he wants if he can get it online. If only he had access to genius scientists with Pym particles.”

Make of that what you will.
