Kang seems to be the one creating those blue portals when we see him with Scott and Modok
I'm curious at what the plot will really be, apparently it will be all about Kang kidnapping Cassie to force Scott to help him and steal an artifact for him but Kang but judging by what Scott says about not letting Kang out, he might be imprisonned somehow (the Kang actor also said Kang is trying to recover his power). Also, Modok will be played by Corey Stoll, who played Darren Cross before, so maybe they're the same character

It doesn't look as sinister as i remembered, but still considering the fact it's over the area where Roarke was supposed to transfer his soul into Danny it seems like it could be his doing
Also a few minutes after this shot we get sped up footage of clouds which could also be implying Roarke is causing it somehow

Re reading news for future MCU series and notably What if and I'm kind of worried about Odin in What if. They're going to show a bloodthirsty Odin who didn't abandon his war-mongering ambitions yet he's apparently going to fight Wenwu and his wife. I know this will probably show the Rings to be some uber powerful artifacts and the episode will be the time to show their true power or something but I REALLY hope they're not going to show frickin' ODIN being defeated by them or even put in difficulties. It's ODIN, and we finally get to see him in his glory days
