Wenwu was planning to make Ten Rings the superpower it once was after Shang-Chi returned. But since he never returned, the organisation never grew back to its prime. It would be a good What If story where Shang-Chi returns and Wenwu starts his mission of recontrolling world crime again, bringing him heads on against the Avengers. NGL I'd love to see Wenwu fight Thor.

We don't know the upper limit of the Rings tho. We have WOG from directors saying the Rings are as powerful as Thor or Hulk.

Did they really said that though? I'm down for the Rings being much stronger than shown here and it's certain Wenwu would have been able to use them to thgeir maximum potential and mostly didn't because it wasn't needed but we would need more to make such scaling

I'm not saying we should put the Rings at 7-A. I'm saying that the Dweller's durability could be much higher than Low 7-C. Stuff happens in fiction that even a blow that kills a Tier 2 guy barely damages an apartment. I'm fine with them being Low 7-C now
